This special old vines selection is a full bodied and structured wine, very smooth and elegant. Although it is very pleasant now, the aromatic complexity of this « Top Cuvée » of Chateau LANGOIRAN will get deeper by Laying down in your cellar for several years

Robe : Deep rubis colour
Nose : Ripe red fruits aromas, with Spicy, cocoa and moka notes
Taste : Fruits, spices, cocoa and vanilla notes, very long after taste with a full complexity. The structure (Alcohol/Acids/Tannins) is powerful and well balanced.

Vinification :
. Alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats for 18 days
. Malolactic fermentation in new oak barrels
. Ageing of the wine in oak barrels for 14 months in our limestone underground caves
. Racking every 3 months (for vintage 2004)
