
This wine is already very nice and aromatically open, well balanced and structured, you can keep it in a good cellar for 3 or 4 years. Powerful and concentrated. This lovely wine can be appreciated with gastronomic dishes or with cheeses, at 16° - 18° C.
Robe : Concentrated rubis
Nose : Little red fruits aromas with hazelnuts and spicy notes
Taste : Very fruity at the beginning, then more complex flavours such as liquorice and spices come with aeration.
Tannins are silky, the structure is powerful and well balanced.

Grape varieties : 73% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon
Subsoil : limestonecalcaire
Soils : clay and limestone with gravelly zones
Vinification : fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, maceration for 15 to 20 days.
Ageing of the wine in oak barrels for 12 months in the limestone underground caves. Racking every 3 months.
Production : 45,000 bottles
